Customers may select either the SmallRig Lightweight Head or SmallRig DH10 Head, depending on the weight and size of their binocular.

OPTION 1 – SmallRig Lightweight Video Head 

Best for: General binocular use (non-XL)

This lightweight tilt-and-pan video head is ideal for customers using small or mid-size binoculars. It offers smooth motion, a quick-release system, and a 6.6 lb load capacity.

Compatible With:

• All Oberwerk binoculars except:

  • 20×80 Deluxe III

  • 25×100 Deluxe

  • 25×100 ED Ultra

  • All XL Series binocular telescopes 

This head is perfect for users who want a compact, affordable, easy-to-use tabletop solution for casual observing, birding, spotting, or general-range use.

OPTION 2 – SmallRig DH10 Heavy-Duty Fluid Head 

Best for: Large binoculars and XL Series binocular telescopes & demanding field use

The DH10 is a heavy-duty all-aluminum fluid head designed for smooth, controlled tracking with larger optics. Its 18 lb load capacity and internal counterbalance system make it ideal for all Oberwerk binoculars up to the 100XL.

This setup is NOT recommended for the 120XL-SD or 127XL-SD.

This is the best choice for hunters and precision shooters who require rock-solid stability and smooth tracking of moving targets.

If you use small or mid-size binoculars (under 6.6 lbs):

If you use the 20×80 Deluxe III,  25×100 Deluxe, 25×100 ED Ultra, or the 70-100XL:
