Assuming the item(s) you’ve ordered are in stock, we generally ship the next day. If you have ordered a binocular, we’ll test and align your binocular prior to shipping. Depending on how busy we are, this may happen the day we receive your order, or the following day. So a binocular will normally ship 1-2 days after we receive the order, although when large numbers of orders are being processed, this could be as long as 3 days.
NOTE: It’s usually not possible for us to ship the same day we receive an order. So if you order something on a Wednesday specifying 2-day shipping, it’s probably going to ship on Thursday and arrive on Monday. Call us if you need something in a hurry, and we’ll do our best to meet your delivery requirements.
We use FedEx Home Delivery and UPS Ground for most orders to the continental USA. Smaller items may go by USPS Priority Mail. Orders to PO boxes, Alaska, Hawaii, and APO’s generally go by USPS Priority Mail.
International orders usually go by USPS International Priority Mail or FedEx International Economy, and sometimes by DHL. We’ll always check for lower-cost shipping options for international orders. We can often get much lower shipping rates using the FedEx “Great Rates” Program, but we have to call in by phone for a quote. Any cost of shipping we can save will be refunded to the customer.
NOTE: We can’t ship to UAE (United Arab Emirates). UAE Customs considers our binoculars to be “military weapons” that are illegal for UAE citizens to own! We also can’t ship directly to MEXICO. All orders for Mexico must go through a USA-based freight forwarder due to corruption in Mexican Customs. We also do not ship to the island nation of VANUATU in the South Pacific, also due to corruption in their Customs office.
The day we ship, you’ll receive order tracking information by email.
We charge our actual cost to ship, based on the shipping weight/size of the items and your location. Shipping cost will be calculated and displayed before your order is finalized.
