Order Fulfillment Information

At Oberwerk, every order is handled with care and attention to detail. We personally inspect, test, and align each binocular before it leaves our facility to ensure it meets our exacting optical standards.

Most in-stock items ship within one to two business days, and we’ll always provide tracking information as soon as your order is on its way. Below you’ll find details about our fulfillment process, carriers, and international shipping policies.

Processing & Shipping Time

For in-stock items, most orders ship within one business day. Binoculars are individually tested and aligned before shipment, so they typically ship within 1–2 business days. During high-volume periods, this may take up to 3 days.

Please note that same-day shipping is rarely possible. For example, if you place an order on Wednesday with 2-day shipping, it will likely ship Thursday and arrive Monday. If you need a product urgently, give us a call—we’ll do our best to meet your delivery needs.

During the holiday season, order processing times may be slightly longer due to high order volume. We recommend placing your order early to ensure on-time delivery.

Shipping Methods

We use FedEx Home Delivery and UPS Ground for most orders to the continental USA. Smaller items may go by USPS Priority Mail.   Orders to PO boxes, Alaska, Hawaii, and APO's generally go by USPS Priority Mail.

Tracking Your Order

You’ll receive an email with tracking information the day your order ships.

Delivery Confirmation

Orders totaling over $400 ship with signature required to ensure safe delivery. If you prefer that your order ship without a signature requirement, please include a note in the Order Notes field at checkout or contact us after placing your order. Please note that opting out of signature confirmation transfers delivery responsibility to the carrier once the package is marked as delivered.

Route Shipping Protection

All orders include Route Shipping Protection by default, which covers lost, stolen, or damaged packages. Customers may opt out on the Checkout page if they prefer not to include this protection.

Multiple Packages

Some larger orders may ship in multiple boxes. Each box is tracked separately, but all packages use the same tracking number, so you can monitor your entire order with a single tracking link.

Pickup Policy

Local customers may request to pick up their orders directly from our facility. Please contact us in advance to schedule a pickup appointment.

International Shipping

International orders typically ship via USPS International Priority Mail, FedEx International Economy, or DHL. We always look for the most cost-effective and reliable option. When possible, we’ll use the FedEx Great Rates program to reduce your cost, and any savings will be refunded to you.

Please note:

  • We cannot ship to the United Arab Emirates, as local customs regulations classify binoculars as restricted items.

  • We cannot ship directly to Mexico due to customs complications. Customers in Mexico may order through a U.S.-based freight forwarder.

  • We do not ship to Vanuatu due to customs restrictions.

Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are based on our actual carrier costs, calculated by the weight and size of the items and your location. The total shipping cost will be displayed before you finalize your order.
