This 10×50 Explore is brand new. When it arrived from the factory, we noticed that the right eyepiece was high, sticking up past the eyecup at its lowest setting. Unfortunately, due to the right eyepiece’s diopter design, we weren’t able to lower the eyepiece’s position. We were able to raise the left eyepiece to match it, so at least the eye relief is the same between both sides.
Please reference the second product image to see the raised eyepieces.
We do not recommend this unit for somebody who wears glasses. If you don’t wear glasses, the position of the eyepieces won’t be an issue since you will need to twist the eyecups up anyways.
