Oberwerk Mini-Pier

The Oberwerk Mini-Pier was designed for the TR3 tripod, as well as the Manfrotto 475B and 161MK2B tripods, to provide clearance for the iOptron HAZ31 Go-To Mount. The HAZ31 does a 360-degree spin when doing its auto-setup routine, and without the extra height provided by the Mini-Pier, the binocular can crash into the top of the tripod. Machined from solid aluminum, with stainless steel hardware, the pier will not add any instability to the tripod, no matter the load. The pier’s height is 4.75″, and the top and bottom disks are 4″ in diameter. Each disk contains a set-screw to prevent accidental loosening of the mount or pier.
